An Introduction

This is a new concept that is currently forming. Its origins emerged predominately from drawing at Embankment Station. It was not pre-empted, but decided on the day that I would draw there, compile sketches and construct a large drawing. This spearheaded the development of a series in which random stations in London will be selected, in order to detach myself from any affiliation. So as to be outside, on show and benefit from the excitement and surprises I will encounter through being up-close with the maddening crowd. It will also give me the opportunity to remove myself from this in capturing images that overlook and spy on the subjects. The train station is incredibly appealing for it instinctively promotes movement that enters and exits a structure, each day enhancing the flux of time.
